Virtual model developed in sketchup pro. project which consists of a 2-level construction and a land occupation area of 60.00 m2 and a coefficient of land use of 120 m2. the project has (living room; dining room; kitchen; toilet and laundry room) on the ground floor and in a high top view would be the main bedroom; with its bathroom; walk - in - closet and a small work area (office); apart from a terrace outside. voluntary use was essential for the conceptualization and materialization steps of the design.
