In the present work, the analysis and structural design in reinforced concrete of a multi-family building with 6 floors and a semi-basement was carried out. the project has a land area of 299 m2; a total covered area of 1445.53 m2 and a free area of 100.41 m2. the semi-basement with a covered area of 278.75 m2 is intended for 7 parking spaces (6 simple; 1 double) and storage. the first floor has the reception; 2 apartments that include a garden and access to the main staircase and the elevator of the building. the typical floors from 2nd to 6th have two apartments per floor; which have an area of 90.56 and 91.20 m2; giving a total of 12 departments.
