In this project the detailed architecture of the plants is developed; cuts; elevations and some of the most important areas; the development of a neighborhood unit is made which has the blocks that will be organized around or based on a central area; in this case it is a common use area (park); this file is attached to the plan of a neighborhood unit with its sections and elevations; the floors of the apartment blocks and the common use area on the roof that will be used for games; spread and gym; sections and elevations of each building are represented for its better understanding and the development of a specific house is made, which is detailed in the plans with a drywall system; in addition, the development of one of the hygienic services of the house is made; cuts and details of finishes of the bathrooms and wooden structures for pergolas on the roofs of the houses and wooden structures for the common area of the neighborhood unit in addition to a variety of renderings to understand its architectural design
