This project is located in lima; which consists of two zones; the first that is located in the front part of the land; stands an old building; which has been demolished and two basements and 8 floors have been designed over this area; in the second zone; located towards the back of the land; there is an existing two-story gallery; which will be remodeled and expanded to 8 floors to be coupled to the first zone. by direct request of the client; only stores and warehouses have been set up. includes plants, sections and facade.
