The rice is pre-cleaned again and destoned using a pre-cleaning machine. after cleaning, the rice is transferred to the husker called a sheller. the outer cover of the paddy field; the shell is removed here and used as fuel for the boiler. whole rice is collected from the sheller and transferred to the mill. here; the film layer on the rice called bran is removed from the rice and the bran is collected separately. the bleaching process is performed by a bleacher. the milled rice is polished with a silky polish. polished rice is deboned by a cleanser and broken rice is separated by a length grader.
