Multi-family housing building with apartments with areas between 62 and 120 square meters that have operating characteristics and housing services for a captive market in the area. the building has a basement level that will house parking and services located at level - 2;80 - then the ground floor level where the main access and some parking lots are located (level 0;00). then there is the type 1 floor (pt - 1; level 2; 80) where two apartments are located plus a concierge and a meeting room. then 8 typical floors with four apartments per level are developed. finally, level 11 where the penthouses are located, which are two and duplexes. in the apartments, most of the important spaces that make up the apartments are also arranged towards the visual field - the apartments are made up as follows: they have a room with a private bathroom - a study area, kitchen and service as well as a living room - dining room and terrace. the building has a vertical circulation system that serves all the apartments and consists of two elevators - emergency stairs - hall.
