This manual is for all architecture students. usually the need to fold drawing formats made on paper is presented for later filing in folders. to perform this folding work we must take into account the following considerations: 1. to avoid its deterioration; the original drawings drawn up in the technical office must not be folded. these are stored without folding in special archives that guarantee their conservation; allowing subsequent reproductions of the same. 2. reproductions of the original drawings are only reproduced for insertion in suitable folders and filing cabinets; that allow their later consultation in the workshop or foot of work; submission to an administrative body; etc. 3. the plane once folded should be reduced to a vertical a4 format (210x297); for being the most manageable. 4. once the plane is folded; the identification area of ??the labeling box shall remain visible. 5. the plane is convenient that; to facilitate its consultation; at all times, the possibility of being unfolded while being kept fixed inside the filing cabinet.
