Housing design project that proposes five floors: a duplex apartment is proposed on the first floor and second floor. it is proposed a dining room, kitchen, guest room including bathroom; as well as a bathroom for visitors. on the second floor we find three bedrooms with bathroom included and on the third floor there is one apartment per floor. the project has architectural plans (plants, sections, elevation); structural plans (foundation; columns; beams; lightening; cistern; swimming pool) electrical installation plans (lighting; data; outlets; intercom); sanitary facilities (cold water; hot water; drainage; storm drainage).
