Central park project; a multi-family building with a land area of 4,907 m² built in the district of magdalena in lima; perú and that has 26500.42 m² built a few blocks from the real plaza salaverry shopping center. the project sought to provide as many green areas as possible. this is proposed by generating a central patio that is generous enough to avoid creating light wells and that the apartments are distributed around this large space. in this way, the multifamily has a semi-basement and six floors of houses in addition to two basements for 265 cars; all around a large central park of 900.00 m². complete development with architectural pieces, sections, elevations and renderings,
