This project is located on a rectangular piece of land located in the city of san salvador de jujuy; jujuy province; argentina. in dimensions of 20 x 40mts. its orientation is the most appropriate being northeast. and the environment of the neighborhood is urban residential accompanied by a dry temperate climate. this also contains the minimum required infrastructures (electricity, water, sewers, etc.). the design premises were based on the requirements and needs of mr. sabarza; in a plate before the design process.
