This project focuses on the creation of a community center designed to promote coexistence, learning, and sustainability. the building combines multipurpose spaces—such as classrooms, coworking areas, and recreational areas—with bioclimatic design strategies and the use of local materials to reduce environmental impact. furthermore, it integrates with its surroundings through green areas and pedestrian connections that foster social interaction and community well-being. the goal is to create a functional, welcoming, and environmentally responsible space that reflects the needs and identity of its users.
